North Macedonia Lineup for Euro 2021
For the first time in the history, North Macedonia will appear in a major tournament finals The selector of North Macedonia, Igor Angelovski has announced the list of his squad for the UEFA European Championship which will be playing against the Netherlands, Ukraine, and Austria in the Group C.
Although Angelovski’s team will give their best in the Championship, no one is really expecting North Macedonia to accomplish some great results.
The biggest star on the list is definitely Goran Pandev, the forward of the Italian club Genoa. His goal was decided by Georgia in the barrage for placement at the Euro.
He’ll give his best in order to help his team to triumph in this competition. We can als expect to see Enis Bardi (Levante), Elif Elmas (FC Napoli), Daniel Avramovski & Ivan Trickovski (former Red Star players).
On the other side, the absence of Ilija Nestorovski, who plays as forward for the Udinese club of the Serie A, is a big handicap. He is known for assisting Pandeva for the cult goal against Georgia, due to knee injury.
Nevertheless, there will be Arian Ademi, the ace of Dynamo from Zagreb, then Darko Velkovski (Rijeka), numerous football players of the domestic league. There will also be players like Vlatko Stojanovski, Stole Dimitrievski, Aleksandar Trajkovski, and Boban Nikolov.
