Czech EURO 2021 Lineup

Selector of Czech Republic, Jaroslav Silhavi, has published the list of 25 players he is counting on for the upcoming UEFA European Football Championship. He has reserved one special place for the best defender in the league there. It’s Ondrej Kudela, Slavija’s first team player from Prague.

Kudela has been banned by FIFA from playing in 10 international matches, since Glenn Camara stated that he insulted him on a racist basis during the Europa League match in Scotland. This means that he will miss games in this year’s European Championship.

Kudela complained about these accusations to the officials, so he still might appear as the 26th player of the Czech National Team. Everyone in Czech Republic is hoping that he’ll be a part of the team, since he is an extremely efficient player.

Besides Ondrej Kudela, all eyes will be on West Ham’s duo – the defender Vladimir Coufal and Tomáš Souček, defensive midfielder. Even though they aren’t the attackers, they’ve been playing fantastic for the Hammers.

They are the biggest hopes of their home country since Coufal has recorded seven assists in the Premier League, while Souchek scored an amazing 10 goals so far!

Czech Euro 2021 Squad will compete in Group D with England, Croatia and Scotland.
